About the event
From the very start a museum was established to house a slowly growing permanent collection of plein air paintings of Curaçao made during the festival. Join us in celebrating International Museum Day 2023! Let's extend the theme of our last plein air festival and put our museums and other cultural heritage in the lime light this Museum Weekend, May 19th – 21st. There are 20 museums to choose from! At Art Foundation Curacao Gallery admission is free to view the plein air art museum section. New pieces have been added to our permanent collection! Come see the very 1st painting created under water in Curacao and a lot more.
